Holistic and Deep Tissue Massage is carried out using oil, with the client lying on a massage table. The room is kept warm, and to maintain comfort and dignity, the parts not being massaged are covered with towels.

Indian Head Massage is carried out with the client clothed, seated on a chair.

The initial session will include a free consultation (about 15 minutes extra) to look at current and past conditions to ensure that it is safe for you to receive massage and to help us to decide what will be most appropriate for your treatment/s.  For example, this may be a full body holistic massage or a deep tissue massage that concentrates particularly on the shoulders, back and neck.

Sessions are available on Wednesdays from 10.00am to 9.00pm

Sessions on other evenings from 6.30pm - 9.00pm and weekend sessions may also be available.
